These Terms govern your use of www.getlicensedtx.com (the "Site"), operated by Nine North Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as GetLicensedTX ("we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Independent exam prep

GetLicensedTX is an independent exam prep study resource for the Texas Life and Life & Health insurance exams. Texas doesn't require a prep course for the General Lines Life, Accident and Health license: you pass the Pearson VUE exam, get fingerprinted, and apply with TDI. Practice items are original. Content is not legal or licensing advice, so confirm requirements with official sources. Apart from the Pass or your money back guarantee below, we can't promise any exam or licensing result.

Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address and keep access to it secure, since sign-in links are sent there. Access is for your personal use only; do not share accounts or copy, scrape, or resell Site content.

Paid plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid access ("GetLicensedTX Access") is offered as a monthly subscription (for example, $12.99/month) or a one-time Lifetime purchase, at the prices shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime, and you keep full access through the end of the current paid period. If you are on a free trial, cancel before it ends and you are not charged. Refunds are given under the Pass or your money back guarantee below, where required by law, or if you were charged in error (email us and we will review it). Otherwise payments already made are not refunded.

Free trials. When a free trial is offered on the monthly plan, you enter a card at checkout and nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, the monthly price shown at checkout is charged and the subscription renews each month until canceled. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. You can cancel yourself anytime from your account page (Manage or cancel subscription), or email hello@getlicensedtx.com and we will do it for you. Trial access ends if the trial is canceled or the first payment does not go through. One free trial per person.

Pass or your money back

If you don't pass your Texas Life and Health exam on your first try, email hello@getlicensedtx.com within 14 days and we'll refund your last 3 months (Monthly) or your $69 (Lifetime). No hoops. See getlicensedtx.com/guarantee.

AI Study Tutor

The AI Study Tutor can make mistakes. Verify important information against official materials. Usage limits may apply.

Emails

By signing up you agree to receive account emails and study emails. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in each email.

Intellectual property

All Site content, including questions, explanations, and design, is owned by Nine North Solutions LLC or its licensors and protected by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will change the effective date above when we do.
